Company:MMC CorporateDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent and Inclusion Center of Expertise (COE), which collaborates with the other teams in our People function to provide strategy, design, and subject matter expertise to the organization on talent management, development, learning, leadership, diversity and inclusion, social impact, performance and colleague experience drivers, ensuring alignment between people and business strategies. The COE implements programs that are simple and user-focused in a fast-moving environment.
