Proven experience supporting coordination, recruiting, or operational workflows

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when managing data and processes

Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment

Strong, proactive communication skills, with the ability to keep candidates and stakeholders informed and aligned?

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
