Talent Network: Senior Product Designer

Remote Full-time
Job Summary: We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design across fast-moving initiatives. This role is hands-on and execution-driven - turning ambiguous problems into clear flows and shipped experiences. You will work across multiple projects, iterate quickly, and deliver high-quality design under tight timelines. This is a remote position. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English. Responsibilities: Own design from concept through launch across multiple concurrent projects. Lead 0→1 design for new products and features. Translate ambiguous inputs into clear flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs. Design for conversion, usability, and measurable outcomes. Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and experiments. Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure quality in execution. Produce clear specs that enable fast, accurate implementation. Identify UX gaps and drive improvements proactively. Qualifications and Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is required. 5+ years of UX/product design experience, including 0→1 product work. Strong portfolio showing shipped work and impact on user behavior (e.g., conversion, engagement). Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong interaction design and information architecture skills. Excellent at turning ambiguous problems into clear, structured solutions. High proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent). Comfortable designing live (e.g., in working sessions) and incorporating real-time feedback. Strong communication; able to explain decisions clearly and concisely. Strong understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS/JS); hands-on experience coding simple front-end, like static pages, is highly preferred. High ownership, speed, adaptability, and attention to detail are a must. You must be a world-class individual contributor to thrive at Toptal. You will not be here just to tell other people what to do. Job Summary: We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design across fast-moving initiatives.
