Summary
We are seeking a Talent Management and Marketing advisors to join our dynamic team at Diamond Star Entertainment LLC. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our workforce by managing talent relations, recruitment, and talent development. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of fostering success for both our talents and the company. (fyi: Human resources, talent management, and marketing positions are intern and contract only positions.)
Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
• Manage recruitment efforts to attract top talent in the entertainment industry.
• Develop and implement employee evaluation processes to enhance performance.
• Foster positive Talent relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Utilize HR software such as iCIMS and ADP for efficient HR operations.
• Support talent management initiatives to ensure talent growth and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Marketing advisor helps market talent and their brand for TV, film, and radio for interviews.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or written references and acknowledgements from professors.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and recruitment strategies.
• Familiarity with talent management services and marketing with written references and acknowledgements from professors..
• Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on building strong teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
