Talent Development Program Manager

Remote Full-time
About the position

We are seeking a passionate Talent Development Program Manager to join our growing Talent Development & Inclusion team. In this role, you won’t just manage programs—your curiosity and creativity will help create an enhanced 'Rubrikan' experience, empowering our people to unlock their limitless potential and deliver the most meaningful work of their careers. At Rubrik, we see every day as a catalyst for innovation and an infinite opportunity for growth. Help us write Rubrik’s next chapter!
This is a high-visibility role designed for a builder who thrives at the intersection of Talent Development, Performance Strategy, and AI Innovation. You will design and deliver impactful talent development solutions that drive measurable business value and foster continuous growth. You will make learning & development and performance management more intuitive through AI, ensuring every team member has a clear, supported path for career growth.

Responsibilities
• Global Performance Evolution: Act as a key partner in driving our global performance management approach. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead workstreams on manager enablement, communications, change management, and technology optimization, ensuring our mid-year and annual performance cycles are seamless across Sales, Engineering, and Corporate functions.
• Design & Delivery of Critical Power Skills: Create high-impact, engaging learning experiences on power skills (e.g., feedback, coaching, communication, collaboration, etc.) for both individual contributors and people leaders. You’ll build workshops, toolkits and e-learning modules that scale beyond live delivery and ensure behavior change sticks.
• AI Innovation & Optimization: Implement and optimize AI capabilities to revolutionize performance and learning. From automated review drafting to sentiment analysis and feedback nudges, you will make the performance process and overall learning culture more intuitive and productive. You’ll partner with HR Tech on Workday configuration and integration with learning platforms.
• Day 1 Ambassador (NHO): Own the New Hire Orientation (NHO) for North America, serving as the face of Rubrik for every new joiner. You’ll facilitate bi-weekly sessions that turn orientation into a "moment that matters," setting the stage for long-term engagement.
• Event Production & Execution: Lead the end-to-end logistics and production for Development Week and Quarterly Development Days in North America. Partner with the broader Talent Development team on learning design, communications, technical setup, vendor coordination, and participant experience.
• Facilitation Excellence: Lead engaging, interactive and impactful sessions—both in-person at our Palo Alto HQ and virtually—that do more than just inform; they inspire action and lasting behavior change.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Systematically measure program effectiveness. You’ll use data and sentiment feedback to evaluate ROI and continuously pivot our learning offerings to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Requirements
• Communication excellence. You're a skilled communicator and relationship builder who can engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Instructional design expertise. You have a strong grasp of adult learning principles and stay current with instructional design trends and emerging technologies.
• Program management experience. You've successfully developed, managed, and executed end-to-end learning programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking. You can translate complex business needs into effective, actionable development solutions.
• Technical proficiency & systems thinking. You're comfortable with LMS (ideally Docebo) and training tools and leverage innovative technologies, including AI, to build or enhance learning experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent development or a related role.

Benefits
• The role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits.
