Be a talent detective—source amazing caregivers from job boards, social media, and referrals
Chat with candidates, screen them, and get them excited about joining us
Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier home health pros
Host virtual and in person job fairs.
Host Presentations at Health Fairs and out in the community
What You Bring:
1+ year of sourcing/recruiting experience
Telephone sales and/or call center experience will be considered
Excellent computer skills - ATS tools and healthcare recruiting experience a plus
Outstanding organizational skills
A friendly, 'go-getter' attitude, strong communication and public speaking skills
