Talent Coordinator

They are seeking a Talent Coordinator to provide administrative support, assist in talent initiatives, and enhance employee engagement within the firm. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent team across the full employee lifecycle, including organizing, filing and updating documents, and preparing meeting minutes as needed Assist in the implementation of talent initiatives by coordinating logistics, tracking progress, and ensuring timelines are met Help develop and disseminate internal communications regarding talent programs and initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across the firm Monitor and maintain records related to talent initiatives, including engagement surveys and training programs, to support data-driven decision-making Support the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement events, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all participants Assist in gathering employee feedback on talent initiatives to inform continuous improvement and enhance the employee experience Stay informed about best practices and trends in talent management to contribute innovative ideas and support program enhancements Skills Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines Proficiency in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the Talent team Strong written and verbal communication abilities to facilitate clear and effective messaging and collaboration Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across various departments to support talent initiatives Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, reporting, and program implementation Ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions to enhance processes and employee experience Competency in learning and leveraging various software and systems to support talent operations and enhance communication Experience in tracking and analyzing data related to talent initiatives to inform decisions and support continuous improvement Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement Preferably 1-3 years of previous experience as part of an HR or people team in a professional services environment Benefits Medical, dental and vision benefits Paid parental leave Tuition reimbursement Eligibility for performance-based bonuses Company Overview Levenfeld Pearlstein is a law firm specializing in corporate law, securities law, real estate, and litigation.
