TABOOST Social Agency is a leading talent and creator agency representing influencers and top TikTok Shop sellers. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Coordinator to support their Talent Managers and creators by managing deals, timelines, and communication in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support Talent Managers across day-to-day operations Track creator deal statuses across multiple campaigns Keep CRM fully updated with accurate, real-time information Submit invoices for completed brand deals and track payments Communicate with creators on deadlines, deliverables, and reminders Monitor creator activity and flag opportunities, updates, or issues Assist in campaign coordination and execution Skills Must have prior influencer/talent agency experience Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple creators or campaigns Extremely organized with strong attention to detail Proactive mindset, you stay ahead of tasks without being asked Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented Available to be in-office in West Hollywood 2x/week Company Overview TABOOST’s mission is to cultivate a thriving creator community that can be utilized to accomplish common goals for the creators, clients and platforms.
