Identify, recruit, and qualify Oracle's top talent in Saudi Arabia market
Create and implement strategic recruitment and resourcing programs
Manage the full recruiting life cycle, including screening, interviews, and offers
Find top talent using internet sourcing tools, networking, and research
Target candidates and build a strong pipeline to proactively recruit talent at all levels
Meet hiring goals and build outstanding candidate experiences
