Talent Acquisition Specialist (North America)

Remote Full-time
About the Role: Fueling Brains is a growing, vibrant organization poised to change the narrative of Education. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about transforming the world of education through a holistic, whole-brain approach to the development of young children. Children impacted by our program will grow into well-rounded, well-regulated, and joyful adults who serve their community and shape the future. We bring together the best of educational science, technology, and childcare expertise to unveil the child's infinite potential. Are you a Rockstar Recruiter who thrives in high-energy environments and loves building winning teams? At Fueling Brains Academies, we’re reimagining early childhood education in North America – and we need YOU to help us scale by hiring the best educators and staff to fuel the next generation of learners. This isn’t just another recruitment role. You’ll be the go-to hiring expert for our North America operations, working closely with leadership and managers to build high-performing teams that directly impact children’s futures. Key Responsibilities: • Own the talent pipeline: Identify present and future hiring needs in partnership with department heads. • Be a storyteller: Craft compelling job descriptions and campaigns that stand out and attract A+ talent. • Find hidden gems: Hunt for top talent using job boards, social media, networks, and creative sourcing hacks. • Be the candidate’s guide: Run engaging screenings and interviews, keeping candidates informed and excited throughout the process. • Quality over quantity: Evaluate skills, experience, and culture-fit to ensure hires stick and succeed. • Drive onboarding excellence: Oversee new-hire documentation and smooth transitions into the org. • Stay sharp: Keep up with North American employment legislation and ensure full compliance. • Be data-driven: Share regular insights and dashboards with leadership to fine-tune hiring strategies. • Create impact: Contribute to HR process docs, policies, and reports to strengthen our people systems. • Hit targets, smash goals: Consistently meet outreach and candidate engagement KPIs Qualifications: • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s in HR Management or related field with 3–4 years of hardcore recruitment experience (bonus if from fast-paced startup/product companies). • Proven track record: Strong portfolio of successful hires – you’ve built pipelines, closed tough roles, and met crazy deadlines. • People whisperer: Exceptional communication (verbal & written English), with the ability to influence, persuade, and build trust. • Strategic + Hands-on: You can zoom out to design recruitment strategies and zoom in to close a candidate on the spot. • Tech-savvy: Proficient in HR databases, Google Workspace, and modern AI recruitment tools. • Compliance-aware: Solid understanding of employment laws and HR compliance. • Night owl energy: Comfortable working 6 PM – 3 AM IST to align with North American time zones. Fueling Brains is an equal opportunity workplace, and we are committed to building and fostering an environment where our employees feel included, valued, and heard. We believe that a strong focus and commitment to diversity and inclusion enables us to truly make early childhood education an enabler for wide-reaching change. We strongly encourage applications from Indigenous peoples, racialized people, people with disabilities, people from gender and sexually diverse communities and/or people with intersectional identities.
