This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Indiana (USA) • *Talent Acquisition Specialist in Telecommunications Sector ** Salary: 1550 - 2000 USD **Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - EST ** REMOTE Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Telecom Recruiter to source, screen, and place top-tier telecom talent, including field technicians, fiber specialists, and network professionals. This role is critical in supporting rapid client growth and nationwide project demands. The ideal candidate understands the telecom landscape, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong ability to identify and engage skilled technical talent. • *Required Qualifications ** -English C1 -3+ years of recruiting experience (telecom, construction, or technical recruiting strongly preferred) -Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms -Fiber buildouts (OSP/ISP) -Broadband or wireless infrastructure projects Responsibilities: 1.
