Top Reasons/Perks to work with BluePrint Africa:Group benefits health, life insurance, gym membershipRemote workingTraining programsPaid holidays (area specific/ client specific)Competitive payA chance to work with global clients!Job Description:Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:Delivers excellent employment brand experience to all candidates.Provides diversified support for multiple Recruiters and Distribution Center locations in a dynamic high volume fast-paced work environmentActs as business partner and liaison to both Recruiters and Client Team on processSchedules onsite and virtual interviews at Client locationsDrafts and send offer letters to candidatesInitiates and tracks progress of Pre-Hire Background Checks; adjudicates Former Employment and Education flags.Partners with internal contacts (Client HR, Compliance, Payroll) to ensure accurate new hire records and documentation.Communicates with candidates and internal/external contacts across various channels (email, phone, text)Education/Certification Requirements:- Bachelors Degree in Human ResourcesExperience requirements: 1-2 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Human ResourcesProficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) preferredAbility to multi-task in a high volume and fast paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive and professional demeanorDemonstrates strong written and verbal communication with the flexibility to assess and tailor communication style to othersStrong problem-solving skills and effective prioritizationSelf-directed individual who can work independently and collaborate as needed with peers and across functionally.Ability to build relationships and maintain an open mindsetHigh attention to detail, strong organizational and follow through skillsReliable Internet/Wi-Fi connectionFlex work modelAs business dictates or during peak season, may need to support Saturdays and outside of normal working hoursNote:This role is REMOTE; but candidates must be resident in Nigeria.
