We are looking to contract a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist that can help us scale our Team.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for talented individuals who want to use their skills to help grow a strong, technology-driven company. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, proficiency in talent acquisition, knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. This role will have a high impact with a strong focus on owning full-cycle recruiting and building a team that shares the Company’s vision, mission and core values.

Responsibilities

· Own the full recruitment life cycle (identifying, attracting, assessing, negotiating, hiring, and initiating the on-boarding process) for XIL/Visory Health.

· Develop Talent Acquisition strategy to deliver qualified and diverse candidates today and for the future.

· Foster a high level of candidate engagement and develop steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.

· Anticipate and proactively communicate recruiting activity and status to hiring managers during the offer process, identifying, and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

· Develop strategic sourcing plans and tools to build talent pipelines.

· Work with Compliance Specialist to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies regarding recruiting.

· Build and maintain relationships with local staffing partners for hiring assistance.

· Maintain free postings and candidate tracking within online recruitment tools.

· Provide weekly updates to HR Director on Weekly Open Positions Report.

· Work with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions for open positions.

· Research salary bands for existing job descriptions and provide data to support those salary bands.

Required Qualifications

· Three or more years of experience in talent acquisition and/or recruitment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Familiarity with labor regulations and HR best practices

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Willingness to work on a part-time contract basis

· Proficiency in MS Office suite

What will make you stand out

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field

· Experience with recruiting for a variety of levels and skillsets

· Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy industries
