We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team remotely within South East Asia.




The Role


Due to continued growth across our locations and regions this year, we are expanding our People & Culture team and are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our locations, regional functions, and global roles.


This role will partner closely with HR Managers, General Managers, and leadership teams to attract, assess, and hire top talent that aligns with our culture and ambitious growth plans. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, driving recruitment initiatives, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality hiring experience across all markets.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment Delivery



  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and success profiles

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local recruitment channels

  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in line with company standards

  • Coordinate and support interview processes across multiple stakeholders

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across:



  • Location-based roles (operations, guest experience, etc.)

  • Regional roles (HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, etc.)

  • Global / leadership roles


Stakeholder Management



  • Build strong relationships with GMs, HR Managers, and department heads

  • Lead structured role kick-off meetings for all new vacancies

  • Run weekly check-ins with Hiring Managers to track progress and unblock challenges

  • Provide market insights and hiring recommendations


Recruitment Strategy & Projects



  • Support and execute regional recruitment drives / open days

  • Partner with Marketing to ensure strong employer branding and recruitment campaigns

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles

  • Support workforce planning initiatives across regions


Process & Systems



  • Ensure all hiring activity is managed through BambooHR as the single source of truth

  • Maintain accurate candidate data, status updates, and reporting

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics:





    • Time-to-hire

    • Quality of hire

    • Hiring manager satisfaction




Candidate Experience



  • Deliver a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate journey

  • Ensure clear and timely communication with all candidates

  • Promote company culture and values throughout the hiring process


Key Requirements



  • 2–5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

  • Experience hiring across multiple functions and/or locations (hospitality or high-volume hiring is a plus)

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across different regions

  • Proactive sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn

  • Experience using HRIS/ATS systems (BambooHR preferred)

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
