We‘ve raised our Series A, expanded in the US, and hit the $1m and $2m ARR milestones in 2024; we aim to x5 our growth by the end of 2025.Dust is a Sequoia-backed company with an experienced and determined team of optimists (coming from companies like Stripe or OpenAI) that like to focus on users, getting great things done by shipping fast, and doesn’t take itself too seriously while doing so.TL;DRWe're looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive Dust's ambitious hiring goals with a focus on operational excellence and execution. As our first dedicated recruiting hire, you'll own full-cycle recruitment, build efficient processes, and help us scale from 50 to 100+ people while maintaining our high talent bar.What you’ll doTalent Acquisition (60-70%)Execute end-to-end recruitment for product and engineering in the EU. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and creative outreachManage 5-15 open roles simultaneously with exceptional organization and prioritizationDesign and implement recruiting automations and systems using Dust to increase efficiency while maintaining our high-quality bar Deliver exceptional candidate experience with fast turnaround times from first contact to offerPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insightsHelp our team maintain high hiring standards and velocity and iterate on candidate feedback. You'll smooth rough edges in the recruiting process by by creating a constant feedback loop.Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize processes and predict hiring outcomesCoordinate with external agencies and RPOs when neededBuild employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, and other platformsEmphasize diversity.
