salary: $32 - 36 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
Work on the complete END to END recruitment process with the Hiring Manager and other stake holders.
Coordinate and collaborate with stake holders in creating staffing plans, developing sourcing and interviewing strategies.
Deploy and use appropriate behavioral and competency based interview methodology and coach Hiring Managers and Teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
Advocate and drive for best in class candidate experience
High Volume Full Cycle Recruiting
Workday Experience a major plus
qualifications:
• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors (required)

• Workday (3 years of experience is required)
