Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a remote position. About SiFi SiFi is a Saudi fin-tech on a mission to simplify finance for all types of organizations. We help companies issue corporate cards with real-time controls, manage expenses, and automate financial workflows. Our platform powers modern financial operations for some of the most ambitious organizations in the region. We’re expanding rapidly across cards, payments, and AI-driven financial management tools and we’re building the kind of team that thrives on ownership and pace. Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management) Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements Develop and post job descriptions across relevant platforms Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) Conduct initial screenings and structured interviews Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback collection Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit) Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline status, etc.) Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies Support onboarding activities when required Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance efficiency Support hiring managers in defining clear and structured role requirements Requirements 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Experience in Tech / FinTech hiring is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess technical roles and candidates (especially in Tech / FinTech environments) Strong understanding of the local talent market and hiring trends Experience with ATS systems (Zoho Recruit is a plus) Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Key Competencies Strong candidate assessment skills Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously Proactive and results-driven mindset Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
