The role coordinates interview coordination efforts in North America, Europe, and Asia. This primarily involves completing administrative tasks related to setting up hiring projects, creating/scheduling interviews, and communicating with internal stakeholders and candidates. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Global Talent Delivery while working closely with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The primary competencies required in this role include Customer Focus, Attention to Detail, Computer Literacy, Problem-Solving, Accountability, Stress Tolerance, Teamwork, and Oral and Written communication.In this role, you will:Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure interviews run smoothly.Utilize Slack to communicate with hiring project stakeholders and stay aligned with expectations.Utilize Confluence to organize, create, and update hiring project documents.Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Gem, to complete interview scheduling tasks.Utilize pre-assessment tools like Coderpad.io to complete interview-related requests.Identify inefficiencies in processes/workflows and implement improvements.Be an ambassador of SoundHound AI's culture and values in all candidate interactions.Perform other tasks not explicitly mentioned above, but that fall within Talent Acquisition coordination and administrationWe would love to hear from you if:You have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience handling scheduling requests and stakeholder communication, preferably on a recruitment teamYou have native-level English proficiency (written).
