The role coordinates interview coordination efforts in North America, Europe, and Asia. This primarily involves completing administrative tasks related to setting up hiring projects, creating/scheduling interviews, and communicating with internal stakeholders and candidates. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Global Talent Delivery while working closely with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The primary competencies required in this role include Customer Focus, Attention to Detail, Computer Literacy, Problem-Solving, Accountability, Stress Tolerance, Teamwork, and Oral and Written communication.In this role, you will:Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure interviews run smoothly.Utilize Slack to communicate with hiring project stakeholders and stay aligned with expectations.Utilize Confluence to organize, create, and update hiring project documents.Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Gem, to complete interview scheduling tasks.Utilize pre-assessment tools like Coderpad.io to complete interview-related requests.Identify inefficiencies in processes/workflows and implement improvements.Be an ambassador of SoundHound AI's culture and values in all candidate interactions.Perform other tasks not explicitly mentioned above, but that fall within Talent Acquisition coordination and administrationWe would love to hear from you if:You have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience handling scheduling requests and stakeholder communication, preferably on a recruitment teamYou have native-level English proficiency (written). TOEFL iBT 110+, Cambridge C1 Advanced/C2 Proficiency, IELTS Academic band 8.0+, or equivalent score requiredYou are proficient in Google Suite and web-based applicant tracking systems, preferably GemYou have experience scheduling meetings/interviews that involve multiple people across multiple time zonesYou have experience handling sensitive and confidential informationYou can maintain a high work rate without sacrificing quality and accuracyYou have exceptional organizational and prioritization skills that allow you to stay on trackYou have experience analyzing data, building spreadsheets with functions and formulae, and creating data visualizations using products like Looker StudioBy working at SoundHound AI, you will join hundreds of employees across the globe who strive every day to create exceptional AI-powered experiences for customers, employees, and patients.
