Talent Acquisition Partner (F/M/X) Remote | 6-Month FTC
Talent Acquisition is central to enabling LGC to deliver on its mission of 'Science for a Safer World' . You'll be supporting a range of functions within Axolabs at our brand new manufacturing facility in Berlin, focusing on sourcing the best talent possible and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
This is a remote role supporting our Berlin manufacturing site, offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract.
What You'll Do:
ā¢ Partner with Hiring Managers to solve key hiring problems across scientific and manufacturing niches.
ā¢ Build high quality talent pipelines through various methods; direct sourcing, events and through advertising channels.
ā¢ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying any gaps and partnering with stakeholders to solve them.
ā¢ Champion DEIB initiatives around Talent Acquisition.
What You Bring:
ā¢ Proven experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, ideally within the Life Science or manufacturing industry.
ā¢ Demonstrable experience sourcing (boolean/x-ray search) and attracting talent in niche areas.
ā¢ Sequential and data-driven mindset.
ā¢ Experience partnering with stakeholders to solve complex and time-sensitive hiring challenges.
ā¢ Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems. (e.g. SmartRecruiters)
ā¢ Fluent in German and English
