About this role:

We’re excited to bring on a Talent Acquisition Partner who has strong biotech recruiting experience and a solid HR foundation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the fast‑paced world of scientific and technical hiring, enjoys partnering closely with R&D and GxP teams, and brings the HR insight needed to help shape culture, processes, and organizational growth.

In this position, you’ll lead our talent acquisition strategy, drive full‑cycle recruiting, and collaborate with HR leadership on initiatives that support our continued expansion. It’s a highly visible role where your work will directly influence workforce planning, strengthen our employer brand, and elevate the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive TA strategy aligned with scientific, technical, and business priorities.

Lead full‑cycle recruiting for R&D, clinical, regulatory, quality, CMC, and G&A roles.

Partner with scientific and functional leaders to define hiring needs, workforce plans, and long‑term talent pipelines.

Build and manage proactive sourcing strategies for niche biotech roles and competitive talent markets.

Oversee relationships with external recruiting partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring performance.

Implement and optimize TA processes, tools, and metrics to drive efficiency and quality of hire.

Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience to attract top biotech talent.

Collaborate with HR leadership on organizational planning, talent development, and culture initiatives.

Collaborate with HR team in areas such as onboarding, performance management, compensation insights, process improvements, and employee relations.

Ensure TA practices align with HR policies, compliance requirements, and biotech‑specific regulations (GxP, OSHA, EEO, etc.).



Requirements:

Required:

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3+ years in biotech or life sciences.

Well-rounded HR background with exposure across multiple HR functions, including employee relations or people operations.

Demonstrated success developing TA strategies, improving processes, and scaling hiring in high‑growth environments.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Must be in Pacific time zone.

Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.



Preferred:

Experience in early‑stage to scaling biotech organizations.

Deep understanding of scientific, technical, and GxP‑regulated roles within biotech.

Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with scientific leaders and executive stakeholders.

Local to Greater Seattle area and able to commute to Bothell, WA headquarters.



Placement in salary range is dependent upon experience, market rate and internal equity considerations.
