Talent Acquisition Partner
To be considered for this role, candidates must be located in one of the following markets: Atlanta, Austin, Houston, Charlotte, or Greenville.
We’re growing our internal recruiting team and looking for an eager, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to be part of the success. This position is focused on hiring for internal positions within Openwork for both our customer-facing market and corporate teams. You’ll play a crucial role in helping us scale by bringing in top-tier talent to support our business growth.

What You’ll Do:

Partner with hiring managers to understand internal staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Be a true partner to hiring managers, providing insights, market data, and strategic hiring recommendations.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate roles and client-facing positions within Openwork.
Conduct thorough and strategic interviews to uncover top talent who not only have the right skills but are also a strong culture fit.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future internal hiring needs.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to anticipate and meet internal hiring demands.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal teams.
Promote Openwork’s employer brand through social media, networking, and industry events.

What You’ll Bring:

2+ years of internal talent acquisition or recruiting experience
Experience hiring for corporate and/or client-facing roles
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
Ability to juggle multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
