They are seeking a contract Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to manage various operational functions and support the Talent Acquisition Managers in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage New Requisition process: check for accuracy, route for approvalsService Central Tickets: respond to questions from candidate/employees on TA ProcessGeneral project management: updating TA One Note, process documentation, training, and other projectsHR Technology forum: Train recruiters on system and process updatesProvide general recruiter assistance as neededMaintain Requisition and Offer Approval MatrixAide recruiters in candidate communications: create and distribute employment-related correspondence, e.g. forms, offer letters, and orientation materialsTA Coordinator duties: Background Investigation submissions/checks, signing folder in DocuSign, submitting candidate info to Global Trade for Export Control check, assist with candidate travel, etcManage confidential information in a discrete wayCoordinate with Global Mobility & Immigration team to ensure necessary steps are completed before the new hire startsProvide “Wow” client service and facilitate an excellent customer experience in the recruitment processSkillsSelf-guided and motivated individualAbility to work in a fast-paced technology environmentHighly organizedCommitment to continuous process improvementExcellent customer interaction and communication skillsManage New Requisition process: check for accuracy, route for approvalsRespond to questions from candidate/employees on TA ProcessGeneral project management: updating TA One Note, process documentation, training, and other projectsTrain recruiters on system and process updatesProvide general recruiter assistance as neededMaintain Requisition and Offer Approval MatrixCreate and distribute employment-related correspondence, e.g. forms, offer letters, and orientation materialsBackground Investigation submissions/checks, signing folder in DocuSign, submitting candidate info to Global Trade for Export Control check, assist with candidate travel, etcManage confidential information in a discrete wayCoordinate with Global Mobility & Immigration team to ensure necessary steps are completed before the new hire startsProvide 'Wow' client service and facilitate an excellent customer experience in the recruitment processComfortable with MS Office skills (excel & ppt)Ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles cross-functionally, and establish effective relationships at all levels of the organizationAbility to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures and grasp new conceptsAbility to manage competing demands, while remaining adaptable and flexibleProfessional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to always maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externallySelf-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contributeSkill focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps, and delegating effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired resultsExperience supporting HR/Recruiting TeamsDegree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or CommunicationsBenefitsAMD benefits at a glanceCompany OverviewAdvanced Micro Devices is a semiconductor company that designs and develops graphics units, processors, and media solutions.
