Position Summary
AUIB is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to drive its mission of attracting and hiring high-quality talent to support academic excellence and institutional growth. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination: Support end-to-end recruitment processes for academic and administrative positions, including posting vacancies and coordinating hiring workflows.
Interview Logistics: Organize interviews, schedule panels, prepare recruitment materials, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Experience: Ensure professional and timely communication with applicants while maintaining a positive and engaging recruitment experience.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and support preparation of weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
Talent Pipeline Development: Support sourcing initiatives and maintain talent pools for future vacancies while assisting with recruitment process improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring teams.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage candidate data, documentation, and recruitment processes accurately.
Collaborative Mindset: Works effectively with HR colleagues and hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals.
Professional Integrity: Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates professionalism in handling sensitive HR information.
Education and Experience
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles.
Specific Skills or Expertise: Recruitment coordination, applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate sourcing, Microsoft Office proficiency, and recruitment reporting.
Additional Certifications: HR-related certifications are considered an advantage but not required.
Personal Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, service-oriented, and aligned with AUIB’s institutional values of integrity, professionalism, and academic excellence.
