The Talent Acquisition Manager will act as the recruiting subject matter expert and a key partner in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire top talent. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy building from the ground up, and want real impact on company growth, this role is for you.What You’ll OwnFull-Cycle Recruiting & Hiring StrategyPartner with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, competitive hiring strategies, and interview structureManage job postings and hiring workflows within our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR)Conduct first round interviews and present qualified candidates with clear, structured assessments Drive structured, high-quality interview processes that improve hiring decisions and reduce time-to-fillProactively source and engage top talent using our Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Manage and evaluate external recruiting partners when necessaryCandidate Experience & Employer BrandServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and high-touch experienceLead interview scheduling across time zones with speed and precisionRepresent and elevate Comfrt in every candidate interactionContinuously improve assessment frameworks, interview guides, and candidate communicationsSystems, Metrics & Process OptimizationTrack and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, quality of hire) and share insights with the Director of HR and leadership teamEstablish, document, and refine recruiting processes to support rapid growth and organizational scaleWith the Director of People & Culture, support workforce planning and drive people strategy initiatives What We’re Looking For3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth, start up, or scaling environmentsExperience in Ecommerce/DTC a plus!Experience recruiting for apparel, lifestyle, or retail brands is highly desirableProven ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment while influencing stakeholdersStrong sourcing expertise across multiple platforms and creative talent engagement strategiesExperience building or optimizing recruiting processes in evolving environmentsExperience with ATS systemsExceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without sacrificing qualityPassion for building strong teams and delivering an outstanding candidate experience Why Join Comfrt?Be part of a purpose-driven company that’s shaping the future of comfort and mental wellness.Work in a supportive, creative environment where your ideas and growth are valued.Enjoy Comfrt benefits such as generous paid time off, company-covered health insurance, 5% 401k match, and discounts on all Comfrt products! The salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
