We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world.We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who'll drive excellence in our hiring processes and foster the high-performance culture in our recruitment team.You will work closely with leadership to increase talent density across the organization, and you'll coach and grow a team of recruiters to deliver outstanding results.Responsibilities:Build, manage, engage, and coach a team of high-performing Talent Acquisition professionalsOwn and optimize recruiting strategy for priority roles across the companyCreate and reinforce best practices that emphasize quality over quantity, aiming for exceptional talent densityPartner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, HMs, HRBPs, others) to determine current and future talent needs, align on hiring progress and challenges, etc.Regularly review team performance, pipeline health, CSAT, and other metricsPersonally drive senior and/or hard-to-fill searchesWork closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process.
