Thinkingbox is a creative agency that partners with leading brands across various industries. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support hiring across a wide range of creative and technical roles, focusing on coordination and candidate experience. Responsibilities Coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones Manage scheduling, calendars, and candidate communications Review applications and support candidate screening Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms Assist with outreach and pipeline building for open roles Support high-volume hiring across creative, production, and tech roles Help maintain and update applicant tracking systems Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring priorities and process improvements Skills 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once Proactive, self-starter mindset with a sense of urgency Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment Experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn is a strong asset Experience using an applicant tracking system such as Lever to source candidates and coordinate interview scheduling Experience in an agency environment Exposure to hiring for roles such as designers, copywriters, developers, and producers Benefits Flexible time off, including paid vacation and sick days Consistent culture and team-building events Employee recognition and incentive programs Seasonal celebrations and gatherings throughout the year Office lunches Branded company swag Access to industry events, learning opportunities, and non-profit outreaches Dog-friendly offices Unlimited coffee, drinks, and snacks Flex work and travel options Comprehensive extended health benefits 401k matching (US employees only) Company Overview We understand that social media is more than likes, shares, and comments.
