We are looking for a dynamic team player to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, you will help drive our success by supporting critical aspects of the hiring process including coordinating interviews, responding to candidate questions, and assisting with onboarding preparation while always keeping the candidate experience in mind. You will also have the opportunity to partner on fun projects such as employer branding, talent communities, university recruiting and more. This role has many opportunities to create quick wins and make a visible impact, directly contributing to the success of the team and our organization’s growth as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:


Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.


Manage candidate data in the ATS, keeping records accurate and up to date throughout the hiring process.


Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries, providing timely and thoughtful communication throughout the hiring process.


Identify and suggest opportunities to improve scheduling workflows and candidate experience processes.


Support onboarding preparation to help new hires feel welcomed and set up for success from day one.


Contribute to key talent initiatives such as employer branding, talent communities, university recruiting, and other special projects that shape our talent strategy and culture.


Required Qualifications:


Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar coordination or administrative support role.


Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.


A strong commitment to delivering a positive, seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders


Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.


Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and rapport quickly across diverse groups.


High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.


Proficiency with GSuite and/or Microsoft Office tools.


Hand-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever).


Experience coordinating across multiple time zones.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience supporting recruiting or talent teams in high-growth or SaaS environments.


Prior experience working with globally distributed teams.
