On the Job Scheduling and coordinating interviews, and collecting feedbackWorking closely with hiring managers for profile screening and JD preparationMaking roles live, updating the ATS, and sharing pipeline updates regularlyContributing creative ideas to enable faster hiringCommunicating proactively with candidates to ensure a smooth experience Must-haves (Min. qualifications) Relevant internship experience (2 to 4 months atleast) in hiring coordination.Excellent at articulating and communicating the employer brand.Naturally good at selling.Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn.Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment is a big plus.
