The role involves managing logistics and orchestrating a candidate experience while coordinating interviews and collaborating with various teams to enhance recruitment processes. Responsibilities Coordinate and arrange all candidate interviews, including booking travel accommodations for non-local candidates Manage candidates in Greenhouse (applicant tracking system) Champion an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish Coordinate complex interview schedules across global time zones with multiple participants Collaborate with Talent Partners (recruiters) to ensure a great candidate experience and facilitate processes such as interviews, offers, and background checks Work with People Operations, People Business Partners, and People Experience teams on efforts to optimize processes, workflow, and reporting Assist the Talent Acquisition team in tracking metrics, candidate surveys and reporting Contribute to the evolution of our recruitment processes by working closely with the team Skills High-volume recruitment coordination experience Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in a demanding and high-performing work environment Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication skills Gmail, Google Calendar and Google docs proficiency Experience working with an Applicant Tracking system or CRM Benefits Equity Bonuses Comprehensive benefits package Healthcare benefits Retirement benefits Pet insurance Paid holidays Paid Scopely free days Unlimited paid time off Company Overview Scopely is an entertainment and video game company that creates, publishes, and live-operates immersive games.
