• Network Integration: Mentor and support new associates, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our global professional community.
• Knowledge Leadership: Participate in weekly global strategy and development sessions to stay aligned with industry trends.

• Experience: 7+ years of proven success in recruitment, talent development, or HR leadership.
