Overview: Department: Global Talent Acquisition Reports To: Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition COE Employment Type: Full-Time Work location: Philippines - Remote Work schedule: night shifts Job Summary The TA Business Partner I is a professional-level, centralized recruiting role within the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE). This role is responsible for delivering high-volume, agent hiring across multiple global sites and client accounts, supporting the organization’s workforce needs at scale. Operating within a Shared Services model, the Global TA COE Recruiter executes standardized recruiting and hiring processes that ensure consistency, efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional candidate experience across regions. The role partners closely with TA leaders, and local TA teams to meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining quality and operational discipline. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for agent and volume hiring roles, from requisition launch through onboarding readiness Support hiring demands across multiple accounts and geographies, often simultaneously Create, post, and maintain job advertisements across approved job boards, career sites, and sourcing platforms Proactively source candidates to build pipelines for ongoing and future volume hiring needs Screen applicants efficiently while ensuring alignment to role requirements, account criteria, and hiring standards Coordinate and schedule high volumes of interviews across time zones with speed and accuracy Facilitate interview processes, assessments, and selection activities in accordance with standardized TA COE processes Initiate offers, conduct pre-employment checks, and manage background screening requirements in compliance with local and global policies Partner with onboarding and HR teams to ensure a smooth handoff from offer acceptance to Day 1 readiness Maintain accurate, real-time candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Deliver timely and consistent candidate communication to support a positive candidate experience, even at scale Collaborate with hiring managers and account leaders to understand volume hiring plans, class schedules, and urgency Track hiring progress against targets and proactively escalate risks or delays Contribute to TA COE initiatives focused on process improvement, efficiency, and continuous scaling Support reporting, audits, and compliance activities related to recruiting and hiring operations Qualifications: Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven exposure to agent or high-volume hiring Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring classes in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and volume recruiting tools Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet hiring targets and SLAs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and follow-through Ability to work independently within a structured, centralized operating model Preferred Experience and Skills Experience in a global, multi-site, or shared services recruiting environment Background in BPO, contact center, or customer support volume hiring Familiarity with workforce ramp schedules and high-volume hiring campaigns Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-service mindset Comfortable working across time zones and supporting global hiring initiatives Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify efficiency opportunities About the company At Qualfon, we are focused on delivering engaging interactions and positive experiences that leave a lasting impression.
