Talent Acquisition AnalystCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company’s Global Talent, Development and Employee Experience (GTD&EE) organization has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join the Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing talent acquisition strategies, processes, tools/technology and practices globally. This includes building relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, conducting market research, and analyzing talent acquisition metrics to identify trends, best practices and data-driven insights to help influence decisions. The ideal candidate has experience with full lifecycle recruiting and has worked within an applicant tracking system (ATS). The Talent Acquisition Analyst ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations as well as provide training and guidance on talent acquisition tools and processes. Location: This role is available at any global (non-US) site under the countries listed. Visa sponsorship and relocation are not available and applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country applied for. There will be some requirement to work outside of regular hours to meet with the US team and support global projects.Position ResponsibilitiesResearch, assesses, and manages relationships with external vendors representing new tools, technologies and recruiting solutions.Train talent acquisition team on new tools and processes across multiple time zones.Evaluate vendor performance, provide system support and ensure effective utilization of tools and technology.Ability to define, create, implement and execute project plans by partnering with others, identifying risks and obtaining stakeholder approval.Reviews talent acquisition processes to ensure compliance with local and country labor laws and regulations globally. Stays informed about changes in legislation and updating processes accordingly to mitigate any legal risks. Proactively identifies and addresses gaps, issues, and areas for improvement and implements solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within talent acquisition systems and processes. Collaborates with internal teams, such as HR partners, Recruiters, Sourcers, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Legal, Global Trade Control, Security, and IT to support and collaborate on talent acquisition initiatives.Develops and delivers user training sessions and user guides on talent acquisition processes, best practices, 3rd party tools and changes as they occur. Ensures end users are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.Collects, analyzes, and interprets talent acquisition metrics and data to provide actionable, data-driven insights. Track and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Handles highly confidential data sets with discretion and maintains data privacy and security.Basic Qualifications3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experienceDeep knowledge of Boeing Talent Acquisition processes and toolsExperience working in Workday RecruiterExperience leading and executing large scale projects (defined as multiple stakeholders, cross-functional impact, and timeline driven)Experience training cross-functional employeesPreferred QualificationsExperience working and owning a project from beginning to end (initial stages to execution)Demonstrates a strong understanding of data confidentiality and privacy regulationsExperience leveraging 3rd party recruiting tools in day to day workProven experience working with cross-functional internal teams to achieve resultsExperience working with 3rd party vendors (preferably vendors representing talent acquisition tools and technology)Language Requirements:Not ApplicableEducation:Not ApplicableRelocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.Security Clearance:This position does not require a Security Clearance.Visa Sponsorship:Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Contingent Upon Award ProgramThis position is not contingent upon program awardShift:Not a Shift Worker (Poland)
