Job Description • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support business operations. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data visualization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related challenges. • Optimize Tableau solutions for performance and scalability. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms. • Provide support and training to end-users on Tableau tools and functionalities. • Maintain documentation for all Tableau processes and dashboards. • Stay updated on the latest Tableau features and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities. The Successful Applicant Must haves: • 4+ years of experience in Tableau development, including dashboards, reports, and data visualization. • Tableau Certification and/or portfolio of dashboards in Tableau public is a must • Strong understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts. • Experience working in the Financial Services industry or similar fields. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
