Systems Support Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Systems Support Coordinator to assist with maintaining efficient workflows, supporting daily operations, and ensuring internal systems and processes run smoothly from start to finish. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured systems, managing tasks, and keeping operations organized and on track.

In this role, you'll use established tools, processes, and training to support system-based workflows, track progress, and maintain accurate records. You'll work independently while ensuring consistency, clear communication, and a high level of accuracy across all tasks.

What You'll Do:

Support day-to-day operations by managing system workflows and task progress
Monitor updates, track outstanding items, and follow up as needed
Assist with organizing and maintaining digital systems and records
Communicate with team members to gather, verify, and update information
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
Help identify inefficiencies and support improvements in processes
Maintain organized documentation and workflow tracking

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Experience in administrative support, systems coordination, operations, or customer support (preferred, not required)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Detail-focused, dependable, and proactive
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
