Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.

Knowledge of programming languages and web-based technologies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
ITIL Foundations v3 certification within 180 days preferred.
