Systems & Automation Specialist (Funnels, Email, CRM, Integrations)

We are looking for a Systems & Automation Specialist to build and connect our backend systems so the business runs without manual intervention. This is a build-once, document-it, and handoff role — not an ongoing daily operations position. Responsibilities • Build and connect end-to-end systems, including: • Book → funnel → Elite → onboarding flows • Email sequences, tagging, and automation logic • CRM setup and analytics dashboards • Create a simple, clear KPI dashboard • Document all automations in plain English • Ensure a clean handoff so future operators can manage the system confidently Success DefinitionThis project is considered complete when: • Funnels run without manual steps • Onboarding works end-to-end • Dashboards are live and functional • Documentation is complete and usable by non-technical operators Requirements • Strong experience with Zapier or Make • Experience working with email platforms and CRMs • Systems-first mindset (you think in workflows, not tasks) • Clear and thorough documentation skills Platform Context (Not a Requirement) • Our community and content hub is hosted on Skool • Experience integrating automations with Skool or similar membership/community platforms is a plus, not required • Strong automation fundamentals matter more than platform-specific experienceCompensation • $1,000–$4,000 fixed price, depending on scope • Optional ongoing maintenance available at $300–$800/month To Apply Please include: 1.Examples of automation systems you’ve built 2.
