Systems & Automation Engineer — Digital Platforms
As Publishers Clearing House (PCH) expands its digital commerce and membership capabilities, operational efficiency and scalable tooling are critical to supporting growth.
We are seeking a Systems & Automation Engineer to build internal tools, workflows, and modular feature systems that accelerate product and marketing execution.
This role focuses on improving speed, reducing manual effort, and enabling cross-functional teams to launch initiatives efficiently.
What You’ll Own
Workflow Automation
• Build internal tools that streamline marketing and product operations
• Reduce repetitive manual processes
• Improve cross-team coordination systems
Modular Feature Development
• Create reusable feature frameworks
• Support rapid landing page and promotional builds
• Develop scalable content and campaign infrastructure
Platform Integrations
• Connect APIs and internal systems
• Support operational tooling improvements
• Maintain documentation and reliability
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
• Reduced manual marketing workflows
• Improved feature deployment speed
• Clear documentation of systems and tools
Required Experience
• Experience building automation systems or internal tools
• Strong API integration background
• Practical engineering mindset focused on efficiency
• Clear documentation discipline
This Role Is Not
• A speculative experimental role
• A research only technical role
• A pure backend infrastructure engineer
