Systems Analyst, Payroll Applications, Engineering

Remote Full-time
Job Description

RH at its core is about taste, and we believe the idea of scaling taste is large and far reaching.

The RH brand attracts the best designers, artisans, manufacturers and talent in our industry, scaling and rendering their work more valuable across our integrated platform, enabling us to curate the most compelling collection of luxury home furnishings in the world. We are moving the brand beyond curating and selling products to conceptualizing and selling spaces by building an ecosystem of products, places, services and spaces that elevates and establishes the RH brand as a global thought leader, taste and place maker.

At RH we believe deeply that the "right" people are our greatest asset. We value people with high energy, who possess the ability to energize others. People who are smart, creative and have a point of view. People who see the answer in every problem, versus those who see the problem in every answer. People who are driven, determined and won't take "no" for an answer. We value team players, people who are more concerned with what's right, rather than who's right.

RH is seeking a skilled and driven Systems Analyst to configure, manage, and support our Payroll and related applications. This role involves providing daily support while also spearheading the implementation of new Payroll capabilities. Success in this position requires a customer-focused mindset, innovative thinking, and a deep understanding of Payroll processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs
• Provide technical and functional support to the Payroll business team, addressing day-to-day issues, investigating problems, developing detailed resolutions, and collaborating with the application support team
• Design and develop reusable and maintainable reports and integrations
• Maintain close working relationships with Payroll stakeholders to understand business objectives, anticipate demand, and quickly respond with effective solutions
• Administer direct and indirect integrations to UKG Pro (Payroll module) and Ceridian Dayforce (Time and Attendance and Advanced Scheduling modules) applications
• Provide quality assurance services and perform regression testing for all Payroll application patches and upgrades
• Build influential working relationships with other members of the engineering team
• Adhere to the enterprise change management methodology and contribute to its improvement

OUR REQUIREMENTS
• 4+ years of experience in payroll, time, and attendance application support experience
• Functional and System Admin knowledge of the UKG Pro (Payroll module) and Dayforce (Time and Attendance and Advanced Scheduling modules) applications, with functional knowledge of WFM modules of Oracle HCM and Ceridian Dayforce being a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience in developing reports using UKG Pro (Cognos) and Dayforce BI Reporting
• Posses strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks within a fast-moving environment.
• Communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, product managers, and the engineering team
• Effectively lead and cultivate relationships with multiple vendor partners
