As a Systems Administrator (DevOps), you will handle the setup, troubleshoot and maintenance of DevOps servers and systems. You will be setting up domain, hosting and emails for the organization and its customers and, troubleshoot development hardware systems; Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. Experience: 2+ Years Responsibilities: DevOps Support: Interact with project teams and clients for DevOps and make recommendations for Cloud infrastructure support and services. Setup and manage the Cloud servers and software systems and resolve issues to keep the systems up and running. Taking care of product CI/CD pipelines and ensuring that all applications are monitored and troubleshooted without downtime. Set up and manage backups, DR and HAs across the products. Set up and ensure IT security is met as per the project and business needs. Maintain documentation and diagrams of the infrastructure. Wp! Support: Setup and manage domain, hosting (Shared, VPS and Cloud hosts), email accounts for the organization and its customers. Provide support for M365 and Google workspaces and third-party gateway services for messaging needs. Set up and manage backups and restoration. Taking care of prompt renewal of WP! accounts and services with respective vendors and update records. Troubleshoot account problems for project teams, clients, and vendors on SLA to ensure smooth business operations. Internal Systems Administration: Set up and troubleshoot internal systems PCs, Laptops, LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, Internet, Firewalls, and other hardware devices to ensure the IT needs of the business. Install and configure software and applications for internal team and stakeholders. Ensure management and maintenance of IT assets and inventory for optimal business performance. Aid with the training of new system users, set up accounts and grant relevant access to them. Required Skills: Good experience in administering Cloud Infrastructure and network computing systems. Good experience with setup and troubleshooting PCs, Laptops, LAN and WAN devices and networks. Experience in handling domain & hosting consoles (WHM, cPanel, AWS, Azure, etc.). Experience in handling IT security systems. Good English communication and email writing skills. Strong interpersonal & customer relationship skills. Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills. Good client and vendor handling and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Documentation skills. Risk management skills.
