System Engineer (Clinical Trials Management)
Insight Global is seeking a software engineer to join a world-renowned cancer treatment and research institution. This person will support the clinical trials application suite, specifically, their largest and most widely used, OnCore Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS). This person's responsibilities will include ticket management and resolution, primarily requests for custom and modified reports as well as application troubleshooting. This person should have strong hands-on SQL experience as well as backend programming knowledge. This resource could also be responsible for yearly project-based work such as OnCore system upgrades, UAT regression testing and testing of interfaces. This person should be passionate about joining a mission-driven organization and highly collaborative! Requirements: • Proven ability to provide technical support of Clinical Trials Management Systems (CTMS); OnCore highly preferred • Basic familiarity with supporting websites and web applications. • Hands-on experience updating security certifications Linux operating systems • Strong knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write and read queries, perform report writing, and modify existing reports. • Proficiency with reporting tools (Jaspersoft, Cognos, Tableau, or Business Objects) Previous experience in • Supporting and maintaining system interfaces. • Familiarity with Intersystems ObjectScript or similar object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java). Backend Programming Experience (Java, Python) Compensation: $55- $65 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching after 90 days.
