What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform site updates as required with 95% accuracy
- Identify, triage, and resolve reported incidents across major platforms
- Train end-users on resolution steps and implement change requests on websites
- Communicate, plan, schedule, and manipulate data for metrics and program-related issues
- Analyze, review, measure, and report on Service Level Performance against SLAs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of military active duty, or relevant experience
- Proficiency with HTML and experience with WordPress
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust and Security+ or Network+
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Service Delivery / Incident Management Process
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with image editing software, Adobe product suite a plus
