Ā Proficiency in using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Ā Configuring and maintaining mailboxes, including email forwarding, shared mailboxes, and email security settings.
Ā Implementing and maintaining security measures in M365 to safeguard data and applications.
Ā Answering support tickets, assisting end users with issues related to Microsoft 365 and other cloud applications.
Ā Working with and educating users on best practices and new features of M365.
Ā Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with users and stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills
Ā Experience in administering Microsoft 365 suite is important.
Ā Familiarity with Active Directory, Intune, and/or Zoom a plus.
