System Administrator
Responsibilities
• Maintain system efficiency
• Ensure system design allows all components to work together properly
• Make recommendations for upgrades
• Evaluate and modify system performance
• Participate in designing, creating, and managing system wide application security, back-up and recovery strategies.
• Oversee and review the successful ongoing execution of security, back-up and recovery processes.
• Monitor the system for application and operating system security breaches.
• Provide recommendations for hardware and software as requested.
Qualifications
• Familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning ERP software and concepts
• 1 to 2 years of experience in administration of SQL databases. preferred
• 1 to 2 years of experience working in an enterprise routed networking environment. Very familiar with TCP/IP terminology and resultant settings for server systems.
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience with project research, planning, cost analysis, and implementation preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook and Project
