Role Description
This is a non-exclusive, commission based, remote role for a Sync Agent.
The Sync
Agent will be responsible for identifying and securing sync licensing opportunities for the company's artists and songwriters. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with content creators, brands, and agencies, negotiating and closing sync deals, and staying updated on industry trends. Additional responsibilities include managing sync licensing pipelines, coordinating contracts, and ensuring the successful delivery of assets to clients.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sync licensing, artist representation, and contract negotiation within the music or entertainment industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients, artists, and industry professionals
• Understanding of intellectual property rights, music licensing, and royalty structures
• Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle deadlines effectively
• Knowledge of trends within the electronic dance music genre and the ability to identify market opportunities
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and contract tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Entertainment, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
• Passion for electronic dance music and a strong commitment to championing artists' careers
