The guidelines, best practices, and policies are aligned to the Sales Center parameters, and the supervisor produces quality results without waste.Job Details:Pay: $61,430 - $80,027Shift: 2nd ShiftResponsibilities:Staff, train, evaluate and develop team membersEnsure quality, accuracy, and speed of building and loading operations; meet sales center objectives within budget, and profit and loss parametersSchedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facilityAllocate necessary space for stock rotationAssist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product replenishmentOversee shipping and receiving functions as applicableSecure company assetsEnsure a clean, organized, and safe work environmentRequirements:3+ years warehouse experience required2+ years supervising warehouse front line associatesExperience managing a budgetProficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programsSAP or other Business Database experience preferredStrong communication and organization skillsAbility to influence and collaborate effectively with other departments and functionsFlexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment while maintaining quality resultsAbility to work a flexible schedule; work shifts can varyCome and join our Sparkling team!We accept applications on an ongoing basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
