Swedish Language Social Media Community Moderator

Social Factor is looking for remote, Swedish Language Social Media Community Moderator. The Language Community Moderator will be responsible for the review, removal and escalation of inappropriate content on assigned projects across social media platforms. The Language Community Moderator will be responsible for moderating in their respective languages as well as the potential to work in English-speaking projects where needed. All qualified applicants will be asked to complete a Community Moderation & language assessment upon initial screening. The purpose of this assessment provides us with a greater understanding of your English and specified language experience.Language Community Moderator Requirements:Native-level understanding of the Swedish languageDeep understanding of respective language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slangPrevious social media moderation knowledge & experience with the major social media platforms: FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.is required. Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approachHigh energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organizationInteract with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting effortsFlag, tag, escalate & moderate assigned customer social communities.Manage high levels of inbound conversations, following workflow guidelines and KPI goals set per project in your respective native language(s). Minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.XInternet speed requirement of a minimum of 50 mbpsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred - preferably in a related field (Communications, Journalism, Psychology, Media, Marketing)Native-level understanding of respective languageExperience using online support platforms such as Hootsuite, Khoros, Sprout Social, Sprinklr a plus. Flexible work/open availability schedule a plus (Weekends/holidays/evenings)Excellent communication skills - creative, written and verbalPrevious experience working in Social Care, Social Media Moderation and/or Community Engagement a plus.Social Factor is a social media moderation agency that believes in the power of Human Connection.
