Responsibilities -

• Perform the implementation of highly complex management software, and planning systems within the stipulated deadlines and standards.

• To have focus and perform Elekta's IT project on schedule according to the company's goals without sacrificing quality.

•To fill all installation documents and packing slips required by Elekta and get the customer's signature on the documents required.

•To complete the installation Work Orders/tasks correctly and send for approval.

• To keep documentation of their projects updated within the CLM system and Elekta files.

•To perform connectivity between Mosaiq and Linac.

•To have theoretical knowledge of new versions of Elekta software and its applications.

• Always use the last installation guides related to planning systems and management system.

• Keep focusing on the costs always aiming at reducing overtime bank and expenses of the department with flights, tickets, according to Elekta's internal policy regarding the permissible values.

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies -

• Graduate degree in Systems Analytic and related areas; minimum field experience of 6 years implementing software.

• Strong technical skills.

Proficiency/familiarity with Citrix, Linux, Dicom, SQL Server, VMware, Networking, Microsoft Operating Systems, Symantec Backup Exec Veritas, Server/workstation hardware (Dell and HP)

• Communication and interpersonal skills and competence.

• Ability to effectively interact with customers (via phone and face-to-face).

• Disciplined and attentive to details and deadlines.

• Discipline with time; schedules and documentation; teamwork.

• Proficiency in English.

• Willingness to travel; ability to travel internationally 60-75%.

• Full clean driving license.
