SVP, Head of Property Claims – FULLY REMOTE – $240,000
Oliver James has a very exciting SVP – Claims vacancy with a leading insurance organization. As the SVP – Head of Property Claims you will be responsible for building the claims business from scratch including creating and implementing all claims operations, controls and process. You will also be responsible for recruiting and leading a claims team and ensuring claims is a successful part of the overall business strategy. You will also manage high level TPA relationships and be the lead sign off for home-owners and commercial property claims across the US. Experience Required; • 10+ years senior claims leadership experience within property claims (including leading managers) • 10+ years working in highly strategical claims roles with responsibility for change/transformation • Experience working for an insurtech or tech/innovation focused insurance organisation • Experience building claims teams and being responsible for business / claims growth • The ability to create and implement operational strategy across a large claims team • Strong data and analytics experience in regards to claims performance and market trends • Strong TPA management experience – with a focus on HO/Commercial property claims This role can be FULLY REMOTE with a base salary up to $240,000 + 20-40% annual bonus and other long-term incentives.
