Survey Representative -- REMOTE- Immediate Need
MAI Voice is hiring Survey Representatives for the election cycle. This position requires good customer service skills. You will be making outbound calls conducting surveys throughout the election cycle. Work from the comfort of your own personal environment with no commute, no dress code or packing/buying your lunch or dinner. Looking to HIRE IMMEDIATELY.
Current Schedule varies. Hours of operation are typically 11:00PM - 8:00PM Central Standard Time. Morning hours do come available but are not guaranteed.
PAY IS $12/HOUR
Job Functions
ย Make outbound survey phone calls
ย Gather information into the computer system
ย Submit information and classify calls correctly based on individual responses
Qualifications/Equipment Requirements (candidate is responsible)
ย Must be able to speak English and proficiently read (English is first language)
ย Good customer service skills
ย Must be motivated to work full shift daily
ย Must have laptop/computer and meet Internet Speed Requirements
ย Windows 10 or higher
ย Must have internal camera/external webcam and USB headset
ย Must have a designated work-space free of distraction and background noise
Interview Requirement
ย Note: If selected, all interviews will be conducted via zoom, and candidate must be at their designated work-space using their hardware, internal camera/external webcam and USB headset.
This position is classified as an Independent Contractor (1099).
