Surrogate Advisor

International Fertility Insurance is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their dreams of family through surrogacy. As a Surrogate Advisor, you will guide potential surrogates through their journey, utilizing your communication skills to support and inform them while achieving lead conversion goals. Responsibilities Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for lead conversion Engage and follow up with prospective surrogates through phone, text, and email to drive progress through the application funnel Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Circle’s mission with professionalism and empathy Track applicants through each stage of the prescreening and screening process, ensuring timely movement toward departmental goals Review applications and gather additional information needed for evaluation Prepare prescreening paperwork for delivery to the Screening team Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in CRM and shared systems Collaborate with the Matching and Screening teams to ensure a smooth transition to surrogate matching with intended parents Partner with colleagues across departments to streamline processes and keep systems accurate and up to date Uphold Circle Surrogacy’s professional standards in all internal and external communications Perform additional tasks and contribute to team projects as assigned Skills Prior experience in sales, customer service, or meeting high-demand quotas required Strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for relationship building High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Self-starter with a goal-oriented growth mindset who thrives both independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Familiarity with CRM databases (Salesforce, Sugar CRM, or equivalent) preferred Benefits Personal fulfillment from directly helping families grow Competitive health plan (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match "Take what you need" PTO policy Life Insurance, STD, LTD Tuition Assistance Hybrid, in-office, or fully remote (depending on location) Bonus eligibility Company Overview International Fertility Insurance offers insurance solutions for fertility treatments, surrogacy, and egg donation.
